Aimee Teegarden Kicks Off LA Fashion Week

Last night, YMI Jeans kicked off LA Fashion Week with their 5th annual fashion show & after-party hosted by Aimee Teegarden of the hit TV show “Friday Night Lights.”

Young, hot Hollywood came out to support YMI’s Colorful Spring ’09 Line and a performance by multi-talented duo Nina Sky.

This year’s show benefited Susan G Komen for the Cure, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to raise awareness of the prevalence of breast cancer among young women.

Highlights from the evening included Kimberly Caldwell opening YMI’s Spring ’09 show followed by bevy of models in colorful Spring Looks. The current face of YMI, Aimee Teegarden doing a tribute to Susan G Komen at the close of the show. Nina Sky performing at the after party. And then there was Aimee and Kimberly both rocking 2 YMI looks during the night - one for the red carpet and one for the stage!

The crowd included up and coming superstars of tomorrow including...The Donnas, Kay Panabaker, Vida Guerra, Miss USA Crystle Stewart, Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza, Kayla Ewell and Julia Levey Boken from ENTOURAGE, and the lovely Ashley Michele Green from upcoming film TWILIGHT.
